That doesn’t mean that you won’t eat again soon, it just means that you delay a little bit until hunger is strong again. If I can do this after 25 years of dieting, so can you. And you’ll be so happy that you took the time and energy to go away from diet mentality thoughts, and towards the happiness and wisdom
