Adaptive Recreation - Reach For Resources

Nate’s Room is now open — a national first for inclusive beach access. Located at Tallebudgera Creek, this permanent, free-to-use facility provides dignified and independent beach and water access for people with mobility challenges and para-athletes, seven days a week. Nate’s Room honours the legacy of Nathan “Nate” Runyan-Tait and represents a powerful, community-led step forward for accessibility — setting a benchmark for inclusive recreation across Australia.
