Immigration & Customs Enforcement agents arrested an illegal immigrant after he allegedly used a vehicle as a weapon against law enforcement. According to the Department of Homeland Security, Cuban national Argote Brooks rammed two ICE vehicles in a parking lot in San Antonio. ICE officers ran a records check on the vehicle during an immigration enforcement stop after it returned limited registration information.
