Home made sweetened condensed milk. Uncooked version 1 c instant powdered dry milk ¾ c white sugar 3 T butter, melted ½c boiling water Combine in blender and blend until smooth. Allow to cool completely and store in a Mason jar in the refrigerator for up to one week. Yields 1 ½ c or the equivalent to the 14 oz canned. Cooked version 2 c whole milk ¾ c sugar 3 T butter 1 t vanilla Whisk together milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisking often, bring to a low simmer. Conti
