Hurricane Dorian made landfall in the northern Bahamas as the strongest storm on record and continued to devastate the islands for nearly 48 hours. In the aftermath, we received word from our friends on the ground that there was an immediate need for footwear to protect against the high risk of exposure to tetanus.
