In this video I am working on releasing tension and restrictions from the quadriceps group. . FIRST i am using the MULTITOOL from @hawkgrips_usa and @physiquipe in order to separate the muscle heads from different angles. . SECOND I am using the HANDLEBAR which allows me to get a wider area and work on the entire quad . FINALLY I am using the Small MULTICURVE which allows me to work on the tendons and insertion points which are smaller and more difficult to reach with my hands and bigger tools.
