Maine’s wild scallop season is almost here! From December through March, local harvesters take to the sea to drag up some of the sweetest, freshest sea scallops you’ll ever taste. These scallops are wild-harvested straight from the ocean floor—hauled up in metal drags from the ocean floor by hardworking crews.
