Fire codes can get wild. You can work around a lot with sprinklers and fire walls, but if you’re forced to install a hydrant and run a new line, that’s a whole new level of time and money. 🚒💸 So I talked to the fire marshal, and he tells me if our property line is within 1000 feet of an existing hydrant, we’re in the clear. And guess what… we’re literally right across the street from one. Call it a small win, but in development, those “good news” days keep the whole project moving. #RealEstate
