Playing Otis Campbell Caused Hal Smith And His Family To Receive Backlash

25 years ago on February 12, 1994, it was announced to the public after the funeral that Massena native and Hollywood actor Hal J. Smith had died at the age of 77. He was injured in the January 17, 1994, California earthquake.
