It’s a little trick from the Bulletproof Diet. Whenever you eat sushi, you’re getting rice that has been cooked and then cooled. This makes it a more resistant starch that feeds good gut bacteria as a probiotic. Sushi usually leaves you hungry. The trick is to add a little bit of C8 MCT oil to your sushi. Just drizzle it on. It actually improves the flavor and increases ketones (even with the rice). Even people who are not on the Bulletproof Diet still prefer having this sprinkled on their sushi
