We’re honored by Runner’s World Magazine, but our participants and spectators are what make the BOLDERBoulder the best 10K in America! Finishing at CU Cross the finish line inside Folsom Field with tens of thousands of people cheering you on.

The BOLDERBoulder was founded in 1979 as a small, local 10K, and since has grown to be one of the largest and most respected community running events in the world. We remain locally owned and operated. Every year we celebrate Memorial Day with roughly 40,000 participants and 70,000 spectators.

Fast forward almost 50 years and the BOLDERBoulder has grown to become one of the largest and most highly acclaimed 10K’s in the world. Named America’s All-Time Best 10K by Runner’s World, it is the 4th largest running race in the United States and the Top Ten largest in the world.

Use your 2024 BOLDERBoulder time: Anything 1:15:00 or faster gets you in the perfect qualified wave for your pace. Use your 2024 ColderBOLDER 5K time: Anyone who finished faster than 37:30 minutes automatically gets in a qualified wave. Check your results.

2024 BOLDERBoulder Official Results. Results for the 2024 Race have been finalized. Results for all children under 14 years of age are only published online if their parent/guardian “Opted In” during registration. Contact us at [email protected] to update your preference.

The Wheelchair Pro Race starts off every BOLDERBoulder at 6:45am followed by the “A Wave” at 6:50am. Come early to watch them fly through the course at an unbelievably fast pace.
