U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee and special envoy Steve Witkoff made a rare trip to Gaza on Friday amid heightened pressure — including from within MAGA circles — to reconsider the administration’s support for Israel’s war on Hamas and intervene in Gaza’s hunger crisis.

As global concern over the crisis in Gaza intensifies, Steve Witkoff, Trump's special envoy to the Middle East, visited an aid distribution site in the enclave.

The officials will inspect aid distribution sites and "secure a plan to deliver more food," White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said.
