There has never been a sister duo in professional sports quite like tennis icons Venus and Serena Williams. It all began with Venus, the older of the two, and eventually continued with Serena, who officially retired from the sport in 2022.

Venus Williams will return to competitive tennis at the WTA 500 Mubadala Citi DC Open in Washington D.C. after her last appearance at the 2024 Miami Open. She received a wild-card invitation for the July event.
