Construction of a new 10,000-square-foot retail space has begun at the Eastern Boulevard Plaza in Springettsbury Township.

In a meeting with The York Dispatch editorial board, state Sen. Dawn Keefer said she's been advising caution when it comes to data center proposals.

On-the-spot applications, interviews and driving skills testing will take place. Applicants need to bring their current CDL license and medical examiners card.
