SIBLEY—A 32-year-old Sibley man was arrested Sunday, May 25, on a charge of assault — contact insulting or offensive.

HAWARDEN—The Prairie Woods Nature Center will host Senior Environmental Learning and Fellowship (SELF) at 10 a.m., 12:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 17, at Oak Grove Park near Hawarden.
