Russia is reportedly training North Korean soldiers in deadly drone techniques, in a move Ukraine says threatens both itself and South Korea.

The Interior Ministry said one person was killed in Ukraine's southern Odesa region as the Russian forces attacked with drones, damaging civilian infrastructure and residential houses. According to the ministry's statement on Telegram, nine people were injured in the Odesa region.

Since the war began almost three years ago following Russia's full-scale invasion of its neighbor, the Russian military has repeatedly used its superior air power to blast civilian targets across Ukraine.
