Leave it to the city of Philadelphia to have Hollywood collide with Washington, D.C. Former President Joe Bidenwent for breakfast Monday at Parc restaurant in Rittenhouse Square, but did so just as the cast and crew of Amazon Prime Video’s hit action series “Reacher” were filming — to the welcome surprise of star Alan Ritchson.

Joe Biden accidentally crashed the set of Reacher on his way to breakfast Monday in Philadelphia, inadvertently strolling onto the premises as crew members filmed a police chase scene for the fourth season of the Prime Video thriller.

Philadelphians likely did a double-take for two reasons – former President Joe Biden was seen casually strolling in Rittenhouse Square as the hit TV series "Reacher" filmed nearby.
