The warning states that Ola Electric announced its expansion plans on social media before it was brought to the attention of the stock exchanges.

Ola Electric recently revealed its expansion plans with new showrooms through social media posts which irked the regulator.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has issued an administrative warning to Ola Electric Mobility for violating disclosure norms. The company received the letter on January 7, according to its communication with the exchanges.
