If the series opener of the Stanley Cup Final is a hint of things to come, the Edmonton Oilers and Florida Panthers are about to give everyone a memorable show.

Edmonton got on the board early as Draisaitl found the net just a minute into the game. The Panthers eventually responded in the first with a goal from Sam Bennett, and a failed Oilers challenge of the goal set up a power play for Florida that resulted in a goal from Brad Marchand just moments later.

Brad Marchand scored his eighth career goal in the Stanley Cup Final, of which he is in his third, tied for the most among active players. Corey Perry, who has played 232 playoff games, Evgeni Malkin and Ondrej Palat each have eight.
