In Greater Boston, the Fourth of July includes a number of annual traditions: music at the Hatch Shell, the presentation of the Declaration of Independence, and the reading of Frederick Douglass’s speech “What to the Slave Is the Fourth of July?

The day also featured the 21st annual 4th of July Car Show, hosted by Stewie Cruisers. The event, which took place at the neighboring American Legion and 2 Brothers Authentic Barbeque, brought in car enthusiasts from across the region and cars from across time.
