Delivering a commencement speech at Dartmouth College, the actress said her "Grey's" tenure marked "one of the most challenging decades of my life."

All 18 episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" Season 21 will be available to stream on Netflix on Saturday, June 14. Previous seasons of the show are available on the streaming platform as well. Season 21 of "Grey's Anatomy" is also available to stream on Hulu and Disney+.
