Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he wants a meeting with Russia next week to push forward ceasefire talks.

Russia and Ukraine will hold a new round of peace talks in Istanbul on Wednesday, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said.

Ukraine is ready for the third round of negotiations with Russia in Istanbul and insists on a ceasefire, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said during a joint press conference with French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot in Kyiv.
