St. Joseph fire crews are responding to a structure fire on the 3800 block of King Hill Avenue. The call came in just after 3:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Heavy smoke and fire were reported to be shown.

At least 29 recruits have died during basic training at law enforcement academies across the United States. Two of them were in Indiana.
