Thousands turned out to watch as Ocean View celebrated their annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade along Granby Street in Norfolk, Virginia, on March 15, 2025.

While the skies were cloudy and temperatures hovered in the low 50s when festivities got underway, the mood was bright and jubilant. As always, the crowd was decked out in every shade of green imaginable. Top hats, shamrock-printed tutus, feathery boas and loads and loads of beads were among the most popular green accessories.
