A suspect dressed in black was swarmed by the Secret Service on Monday after attempting to scale the security fence around the White House.

Dramatic video captured Secret Service agents tackling a man to the ground outside the White House after he climbed the fence on the South Grounds.

Secret Service took a man into custody outside of the White House Monday afternoon after he scaled an outer fence on the South Grounds.

A man dressed in black attempted to climb the White House fence, prompting an immediate response from the Secret Service. The incident was captured on video by a tourist. The man was spotted climbing the fence on the southern side of the White House complex.
