Rogers has started turning on cellphone service in new parts of Toronto’s subway system. Riders can now get a signal between Kipling and Islington stations, and between Keele and Dundas West stations.

The tax will be applied to manufacturers of milk-based drinks and dairy-based substitutes, under the plans.
