The Southwest Chapter of the American Red Cross Indiana Region is kicking off its Red Cross Month celebration this March. According to a press release, Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry will joining the celebration to issue a Red Cross Month Proclamation and honor those who provide critical support in emergencies when help can’t wait.

The drives will take place at Coastal Grand Mall in Myrtle Beach and Magnolia Mall in Florence from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. on March 6. Donors can also have their A1C tested starting this year to help measure blood sugar levels. There are several ways to make an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome.
