Portland Police Bureau declared a riot on Saturday evening near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building.

Portland police said they responded to the head-on collision just before 5 p.m. near Southeast Division Street and Southeast 119th Avenue.

The U.S. Army celebrated its 250th anniversary with a massive parade, complete with tanks, troops, and aircraft flyovers.
