Residents in San Antonio were recovering after a month's worth of rain swamped parts of the city, trapping drivers, triggering treacherous water rescues, and leaving more than a dozen people dead.

It's been more than four days since a wave of water came rushing through the city, claiming 13 San Antonio souls. As locals continue to mourn the losses, new information is emerging about exactly who these victims were.
