A Super Bowl winner and father to two NFL quarterbacks has passed away in his home after suffering a fatal cardiac arrest at age 70, one of his two sons reported on Monday.

Cincinnati native Don Hasselbeck starred in football and basketball at La Salle High School before playing tight end for nine NFL seasons.
