A stretch of a busy New Jersey interstate was scheduled to reopen Wednesday night after a series of significant sinkholes caused closures since last December.

The NJDOT will reopen two lanes on Interstate 80 eastbound in Wharton that had been closed by a sinkhole at 10 p.m. May 21.
