New Orleans nonprofit Below Sea Level Aid is collecting reusable bags and luggage for members of New Orleans unhoused population who are being forcibly sent out of state or moved into a camp as part of Jeff Landry’s push to hide them from view of tourists in town for next month’s Super Bowl.
