President Donald Trump reacted on Tuesday to new reporting from CNN featuring newly-surfaced photos of the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein attending Trump's 1993 wedding to Marla Maples.

Marla Maples married Donald Trump in 1993 after he divorced his first wife, Ivana Trump. A few months before their wedding ceremony, the couple welcomed their daughter, Tiffany Trump.

A key House committee is looking into the investigation of the late Jeffrey Epstein for sex trafficking crimes.

When CNN reporter Andrew Kaczynski called Trump to ask about the photos, the president gave an abrupt response: “You’ve got to be kidding me.” He then repeatedly called the network “fake news” and, after 30 seconds, hung up, the outlet reported.

President Trump has come under fire from a section of his MAGA base over his handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The New York Times also published a photo of Trump and the sex offender financier posing with singer James Brown.

Details of the president reportedly being briefed by DOJ about the Epstein investigation sent Democrats into attack mode.
