The Blazers were handed the No. 11 pick during Monday night’s NBA draft lottery in Chicago after entering the process with the 10th-best odds. The top four picks went to: No. 1 Dallas, No. 2 San Antonio, No. 3 Philadelphia and No. 4 Charlotte. The Mavericks had a 1.7% chance to win the lottery.

The Dallas Mavericks had only a 1.8 percent chance of winning the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NBA draft, but that was not the unlikeliest jump in lottery history.
