Jimmy Butler missed Saturday's loss to the 76ers due to back spasms, marking his first game out as a member of the Warriors.
Jonathan Kuminga remains out for the Warriors as he continues to recover from a right ankle sprain, while the Hornets have listed Miles Bridges and Seth Curry as probable to play. The Warriors will be looking to improve on their 32-28 record (seventh in the Western Conference) when they return to action on Monday.

Butler was ruled out due to back spasms ahead of tipoff, marking his first missed game as a Warrior. Golden State is 7-1 in games he has played since coming aboard in the trade that sent Andrew Wiggins to Miami. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said he doesn’t think Butler’s injury will be a long-term ordeal and described it as day-to-day for now.
Acquired at the deadline from the Miami Heat, Butler is somebody who can do a little bit of everything on the floor. A maniacal competitor, he represents challenges himself and the Sixers will have to account for Curry as well as the former Philadelphia star in Butler.
For the third game of their road swing, Butler returned to the floor on Monday night for Golden State's contest in Charlotte against the Hornets. In his return to the court, Butler tallied 13 points on 3-of-7 shooting from the field to go along with four assists, three rebounds and a steal in 31 minutes.
