The biggest stars of 2025 are strutting the red carpet Sunday for the 31st annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. Jon M. Chu’s “Wicked” led all films with five nods, tying the record for the most nominations in SAG history.

Screen Actors Guild Awards are underway Sunday night, one week before the Oscars crown its winners. Universal’s Broadway adaptation “Wicked” and FX/Hulu’s Japanese drama “Shogun” led the film and TV categories with five nominations each at the SAG Awards.

“Wicked” goes into Sunday’s ceremony with five nominations, the most among the film contenders, followed by “A Complete Unknown” with four and “Emilia Perez” and “Anora” each getting three. “Shōgun” topped the TV pack with five nominations, followed by “The Bear” with four and “The Penguin” with three.
