Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom are getting Nintendo Switch 2 versions for the new console. Alongside the in-game upgrades, Nintendo's adding a number of additional features through the new Zelda Notes option in its Nintendo Switch App,

During its Nintendo Switch 2 Direct, the company showed off the Nintendo Switch 2 editions of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Nintendo clarified in an overview that items that only exist in Tears of the Kingdom will be converted to other items when transferred to Breath of the Wild. Zelda Notes will also allow users to view their play data and exchange Autobuild blueprints via QR codes.
