Jon Voight’s plan to revitalize Hollywood was shared soon after President Donald Trump announced a 100 percent tariff on foreign-made films.

The president initially called for a 100% tariff on films produced outside the U.S. after claiming foreign incentives for U.S. filmmakers a “National Security threat.”
