Embattled rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs will soon stand trial on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.

The music mogul has pleaded not guilty to charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial begins next week.

The musician could have received a reduced sentence if he'd accepted an offer to plea guilty.
