Steve Burns, the first host of “Blue’s Clues,” is returning with a new podcast for adults. “Alive with Steve Burns” will explore life’s big questions, from mental health to relationships, in the same earnest spirit he brought to children’s TV.

In the series, the youthful-looking adult deftly broke the fourth wall as an animated puppy named Blue left a trail of clues for a preschool audience to figure out. Burns says his new podcast, “Alive,” will similarly invite listeners to take part.
