Star Wars actor Daisy Ridley's return as Rey Skywalker in the New Jedi Order movie may take longer now that Ocean's 12 writer George Nolfi has joined.

Yet another writer has been brought in to crack the code of "New Jedi Order," which is expected to star Daisy Ridley.

"The Bourne Ultimatum" writer George Nolfi will write "New Jedi Order" for Lucasfilm, according to an insider with knowledge of the project.

Daisy is set to reprise her role as Rey Skywalker from the previous movies and this time around, the film is centering around her character. The new story is said to take place 15 years after the events of The Rise of Skywalker which was released in 2019.

The Rey-centric Star Wars movie has had two constants: star Daisy Ridley, reprising her role from the sequel trilogy, and director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy. Everything else has shifted around in the great sands of Lucasfilm— including its presumed release date,
