A police chase came to a crashing end in Orange overnight, and it appeared to be a deadly incident. The California Highway Patrol says officers were chasing a car around 3 a.m. but the pursuit did not last long. The car crashed near La Veta Avenue and Batavia Street.

The pursuit from Lincoln Park to La Presa began shortly after 12:30 p.m., when police tried to pull over the suspect.

A Warren police chase ended in a dangerous wrong-way crash on I-94, and one Hazel Park driver says he came face-to-face with the fleeing suspect and thought he had made a terrible mistake.
