The Powerball winning numbers are in for the Saturday, Dec. 28 drawing with a jackpot that reached an estimated $151.9 million ($65.7 million cash value). The largest winning Powerball jackpot ticket sold in Michigan was worth $842.

Two Powerball tickets sold in California won $26,487 each, but just missed the $145 million jackpot, lottery officials say. The tickets matched four winning Powerball numbers and the Powerball, in the drawing Saturday, Dec. 28, the California Lottery said.

The Powerball jackpot has not been hit since Dec. 7, when a New York player won the $256 million grand prize, lottery officials said. To score a jackpot in the Powerball, a player must match all five white balls and the red Powerball. The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are 1 in 292,201,338.
