“Adolescence” continues to make Netflix history. The limited series starring Stephen Graham and Owen Cooper is now the second most-watched English language Netflix series of all time. Overall, the show is also the fourth most-watched Netflix original series to date, putting it behind only “Squid Game” and “Wednesday.”
Only “Wednesday,” which hit 252.1 million views in its first 91 days of streaming in 2022, comes ahead of “Adolescence” and “Stranger Things” Season 4. And when including non-English language titles, “Squid Game” Season 1 comes in on top with 265.2 million views, and Season 2 slots in between “Wednesday” and “Adolescence” with 192.6 million views.
Along with a high-octane new teaser, the show's Netflix Tudum 2025 segment revealed the release dates of each installment of the final season: Volume one will drop on November 26 at 5pm PT, volume two on December 25 at 5pm PT and volume three on December 31 at 5pm PT.
