Garrett was stopped in the Cleveland suburb Aug. 9, driving 100 mph in a 60-mph zone. The officer on the scene issued a citation for the offense. It’s not the first time Garrett has had issues with speeding. His history is documented, including an accident from nearly three years ago when he flipped his Porsche causing him to miss a game.
