Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo did his best to keep the team afloat, recording 28 points, 15 rebounds and six assists. He shot 9-of-20 from the field in an uncharacteristically inefficient performance, but he had to shoulder most of the offensive load when Lillard went down.

Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks are set to play against the Indiana Pacers for Game 4 of the first round of the 2025 NBA playoffs. The Bucks are down 1-2 against the Pacers and look to tie the series at the Fiserv Forum on Sunday.
