Stafford's absence from practice has overshadowed the fact that Alaric Jackson has also missed all of training camp. The left tackle, who started 14 games at the position last year for the Rams, hasn't been able to practice due to blood clots.

Surgery does not appear to be under consideration for Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford as he deals with a back injury.

An additional twist was added to the Stafford back-saga on Monday. It was reported that Stafford walked into an “Ammortal Chamber”, which is a “wellness device that aims to optimize human performance and promote holistic health through a combination of non-invasive technologies.”
