Villa fear Rashford could miss the rest of the season with the hamstring injury which kept him out of the FA Cup semifinal, a source has told ESPN.

Manchester United and Aston Villa are discussing a early return for Marcus Rashford. Injury may end his loan early, but his long-term future is still up in the air.

Further tests will be done to establish the severity of Rashford’s injury but it is not anticipated that he will need surgery.
