Dave Sims is replacing John Sterling as Suzyn Waldman’s play-by-play partner on New York Yankees radio broadcasts

The New York Post was the first to report the play-by-play news. The report prefaced that nothing is finalized yet, but that the Yankees would approve of WFAN’s choice for him to succeed Sterling. According to The Athletic, the deal will be for two years.

The New York Yankees are reportedly looking at the AL West to find their next radio voice to replace the legendary John Sterling.
