James Gunn, co-head of DC Studios, has answered whether Margot Robbie and Idris Elba will return as Harley Quinn and Bloodsport respectively.

The continuity of the DCU is...flexible, to put it as simply as possible. The rebooted DCU has now officially begun thanks to both Creature Commandos and Superman, with writer, director, and DC Studios boss James Gunn having already worked within the DC cinematic universe back when it was known as the DCEU.
